Into the new year with a 7-course culinary experience
Chef de Cuisine Martin Steinkellner and the kitchen team of Hotel Steirerschlössl have come up with something very special for this year's New Year's Eve menu. Namely, a 7-course gala menu, starting at 7 pm with an aperitif of champagne and oysters.
Dinner is being served from 8 pm and includes:
Veal tartare with smoked beet and flamed buttermilk
Chestnut soup with braised chicory and white truffle
Sea bass fillet with fermented rutabaga and Lardoespuma
Mulled wine sorbet with fresh mandarin and cinnamon cream
Roasted venison with sauteed kale and pickled rowan berries
International cheese selection
Caramelia mousse with marinated Nashi pear and pomegranate sorbet
At midnight, a small firework display awaits you, and of course we serve a glass of champagne!
